Pre-fermentative maceration at 10ºC for 4 hours. Soft pressing and static racking for 24 hours. Fermentation at 14ºC for 21 days. Rest in deposit for at least 1 month and subsequent bottling.
Tasting note
Color: Pale gold.
Nose: Aromatic combination of white flowers, especially orange blossom, and fleshy fruits, such as peach. It is completed with
grape aromas.
Palate: Soft, structured and long mouth with hints of grape, white and floral fruit.
