Winemaking

Traditional vinification with footsteps and light overpumping. Fermentation with autochthonous yeast selected from our own vineyards between 25 and 27ºC. Maceration with skins for 12 days. Malolactic maceration in French oak barrels and in deposit. Aged for 6 months in second use French oak barrels.

Tasting note

Color: Pure colour.

Nose: Aroma of red fruit with a background of flowers.

Palate: Liquorice notes, with good tannic structure and perfect balance of acidity and freshness. Red fruit ripe in the aftertaste, with light spicy notes.

Graduation: 14,5%
