Manual harvest in boxes by successive selections. Slow pneumatic pressing. No destemming or maceration. Gravity racking in cold storage and regular stirring of the lees. Aging for 6 months in barrels (25%) and vats (75%).
Tasting note
Clos des Lunes Lune d'Argent 2022 presents itself with its pale, bright golden color. It offers a nose with aromas of white wild flowers mixed with pulpy white fruits, citrus plus a fine touch of star anise. On the palate, it reveals a fullness contributed by the Sémillon, which harmoniously recalls the aromas of the nose that fade to leave a refined and long finish on the palate.
The 2022 vintage was a very sunny one and will be perfectly appreciated in its fresh youthfulness.
