Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 5000 liters, using native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging of 6 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters of two years.

APPEARANCE: Bright, medium intensity, ruby color. AROMA: Clean, high intensity of aromas of red fruits, spices and earthy notes. PALATE: Dry and fresh, soft tannins and medium body, red fruit flavor, mineral and long finish.
