Winemaking

Pre-fermentative maceration for 4 days at 0ºC. Fermentation-maceration for 10-12 days. Aging in American oak barrel for 6 months and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting note

Cherry red with a ruby glints. Its aromatic intensity is good, complex and full of shades. With a proper fruit expression (ripe red fruits, blackberries…), with balsamic and spice notes due to its stay in oak barrels. Tasty, fleshy, good tannicity, with mature tannins, well structured, wide and warm.
