Winemaking
Organic sweet white wine made as ice wine. An 18-hour cryomaceration process is carried out to extract the aromas from the skin and then the grapes are lightly pressed. Fermentation in casks and standstill of the same one of natural form remaining a high content of residual sugar.
Tasting note
Color: Intense yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Aromas of peach and pear in syrup, citrus and white flower integrated with a subtle background of toast from the aging.
Palate: The syrups and citrus fruits are very well integrated with the ageing tastes. Extreme mouthfeel with an exceptional acid-sweet balance; fresh, rustic and personalized wine.
