Winemaking
Organic white wine made with the variety Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo). The grapes are harvested in an extraordinary state of health. After a light pressing to obtain the flower must, it ferments spontaneously in sauló amphorae. Neither sulphites nor any other product are added throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Tasting note
Color: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: Predominant aromas of white fruits (pear and apple), green almonds and citrus (mandarin peel).
Palate: Bulky and tasty entrance reminiscent of the aromas of white fruit. Long, balanced and very fresh aftertaste.
