Can Rich Lausos

The vines are carried in trellis and cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. In Can Rich the harvest is carried out during the month of August, harvesting is done manually followed by a quick transport of the grapes to the winery to avoid possible oxidation. After crushing and destemming, fermentation and prolonged maceration takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It is made in new French oak barrels for 1 year, and a minimum of 12 months in bottle.
