Under the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla, we elaborate this wine with its own personality and character in order to give it an identity that makes the difference. The grapes are harvested at night and at dawn in order to avoid oxidation at the beginning of fermentation. Subsequently, fermentation is carried out at 17 - 18ºC to avoid loss of aromas.
Tasting note
It is a dry sparkling wine (brut) made with the champenoise method with native grapes that are perfectly adapted to the climate and terroir, offering fruity aromas but without losing the characteristic acidity of the grape variety. Greenish gold with fine and persistent bubbles of great quality. Intense varietal aromas of white and stone fruits, with hints of dried fruits. Fresh, vibrant, long palate with a finish full of aromatic sensations.
