Finca Arantei Albariño

LA VAL ARANTEI SINGLE VINEYARD ALBARIÑO comes from a 26-hectare vineyard that is 35 years old, one of the oldest in the D.O. Rías Baixas, which maintains the traditional pergola training system. Located on a spectacular alluvial soil with clay levels higher than normal, this wine is produced through manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes, pre-fermentation skin contact at 10°C for 4 hours, gentle pressing selecting only the free-run must, and spontaneous fermentation with a starter culture of the vineyard's own yeasts. After fermentation, 10% of the wine is transferred to 500-liter French barrels while the rest ages for six months on its fine lees, achieving natural clarification and stabilization.
