Cold maceration of 30% of the grapes, fermentation at 15º in stainless steel tanks for 23 days. 45 days on lees in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting note
Color: Intense purplish red with blue hues.
Nose: Fresh notes of ripe red and black fruits, blackberries and/or plums, and balsamic notes of vanilla and liquorice.
Palate: Balanced, with soft and pleasant tannin. Fresh wine with body. Round and very oily. Interesting blend of spicy hints of vanilla and forest fruits in the aftertaste.
