Top class Sancerre, from fruit grown in the domaine's 25 hectare monopole vineyard Domaine du Rochoy, a south-facing, silex-rich, hillside site, which is renowned for producing some of Sancerre's best quality fruit. Le Rochoy is always amongst the earliest-picked sites in Sancerre, producing the ripest fruit.
The domaine is certified organic and works in as natural a way as possible.
