Baltos

Color: Bright red, clear dark ruby color and rim with garnet reflections. Shows average density in the glass.

Nose: Elegant nose with marked aromas of red and black fruits. The barrel, fully integrated appears in the wine giving touches of licorice, cloves, forest leaves and vanilla.

On the palate: Fresh, medium-bodied and with elegant acidity, lively tannin and flavors of black currant and pepper. It has an intense and persistent passage through the mouth.

Serving temperature: Serve at 14 ºC to allow a full expression.

The wine pairs perfectly with medium-plus intensity dishes like tapas, snacks, white meat, paella and pasta. We recommend to open the bottle some minutes before enjoying it.
