BRIONES, average vineyard age 35 years, high density planting. Bush-pruned.
Calcareous soils. Sustainable cultivation respecting the environment and following the natural cycles of the plant.
With organic fertilization and mechanical tillage without the use of herbicides.
Manual harvest and subsequent manual selection of clusters at the entrance to the winery.
Gentle pressing of the bunches in a vertical press. Static racking of the free-run juice for 48 hours.
Fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 18o C for 20 days.
Tasting note
Pale pink Provençal colored wine.
This wine is lively and bright on the nose with aromas of red fruit (strawberry, cherry, raspberry).
The palate has a lively attack with good acidity, soft and friendly. It is fresh,
tasty, fine and balanced, with a fruity and persistent finish.
It combines the aromatic expressiveness of the warmer vintages with the elegance and excellent balance
of acidity of the cooler vintages.
