Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 18 ºC (64ºF).
Thirty months in Bordeaux French oak barrels. Racking every 4 months.

The nose has infinite nuances especially balsamic notes.
The palate is spectacular with great finesse, round, balanced with a lot of structure and very long.
