Mara Moura is made of grapes from selected vineyards with schist soils located in the higher grounds of D.O. Monterrei. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a low temperature, with a battonage twice weed so the lees remain suspended giving the wine tattiness and complexity. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature.
Tasting note
Visual Step: Straw-yellow colour with green reflections. Clean and brilliant. Olfactory Step: Mineral and thyme aromas together with floral fragances. Gustatory Step: Powerful mouthfeel, fresh, good structure and well-balanced. White fruit and mineral notes. Velvety and fat sensations given by the lees.
