Fruit of the bet of planting vineyards last century in an estate of 100 hectares with exotic varieties for the D.O. Rueda as Chardonnay, part of its essence. The wine is aged in French oak barrels and made with the utmost respect for the Verdejo grape. The passion of a winery to create a new experience.
Tasting note
It has a bright pale yellow color with light green highlights. Elegant aromas, with great personality, ample, fruity aroma with hints of grapefruit, ripe pineapple, hay and apple. Delicate tropical wrapped in light touches of wood without toasted. Surprising on the palate as it is a fresh white, not at all evolved. The wood is not the protagonist as it is very delicate, but it brings unctuousness and roundness. A fresh, citric, minty, playful acidity to finally become a modern, smooth wine, with an elegant and long finish. Somewhat hedonistic. Very lively and casual, with ease of bottle ageing. A white wine for aging for special moments.
