Winemaking
Each variety and/or plot is vinified separately. Sorting table, destemmed, light crushing. Cold maceration for 4 to 8 hours at 6ºC. Stainless steel vinification tanks with temperature control, with capacities of 25 hl. at 50 hl. Alcoholic fermentation between 10 and 16ºC with autochthonous yeast. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tank.
Tasting note
Color: Straw yellow with steely reflections.
Nose: Medium high intensity aromas of white fruits, minerals and fresh grass. Long and enveloping but with great freshness.
Palate: Marked acidity and very well integrated, fruity notes with some floral hints.
