Clusters that are left more time in the vineyard to overipe. Harvested in the middle of November. Manual harvest in boxes of 8 kg.
Vinification: A delicate extraction of the whole clusters is carried out using a pneumatic press. Long fermentation in French oak barrels.

Nose: Very concentrated ripe fruit, notes of candied orange.
