Winemaking
Direct pressing of whole crop and very gentle settling. 85% undergoes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and 15% in oak barrels. 100% malolactic fermentation. Bottling follows 18 month' elevage and light filtration.
Tasting note
Beautiful pale gold colour. Highly-fruited nose on the theme of exotic fruits. In the mouth, the minerality of its terroir is fully expressed. Good balance between alcohol and acidity. A refreshing wine to be drunk young.
