Godello grape harvested well ripe in mid-September2021.
Manual table selection. Destemmed and softly squeezed, with
immediate refrigeration at 10º C and pre-fermentative maceration for 4 to 6 hours to
enhance its aromatic profile. Fermentation in stainless steel at room temperature
controlled between 16º to 18º C. Conservation of wine at low temperature to
preserve the varietal aromas, leaving the wine on its lees for 6 months and
with weekly periodic stirring, achieving a taste sensation of
Greater body and power.
Wine of beautiful greenish straw color.
Intense Godello varietal aromas, with ripe stone fruits
(peach), nuances of pastries provided by aging on fine lees, notes
balsamic floral and vegetable contributions provided by the surrounding species (toxo and
eucalyptus). Very fresh and powerful on the palate, mineral due to the granite floor of
cultivation, sweet, very long and a pleasant aromatic finish.
