Winemaking
The clusters were completely destemmed at the start of the fermentation in steel tanks without any previous maceration; the fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, lasted 20 days at a maximum temperature of 17º; the wine remained on its lees for 3 months more. Once decanted, the wine continued to rest in steel tanks for another 24 months and was finally bottled, once treated by cold and filtered.
Tasting note
Color: It has a very bright lemon yellow colour, with spectacular golden sparkles that it gives us when walking through the glass.
Nose: Clean and very fine of moderate intensity, it stands out in ripe fruit blended - peach and pear-, combined with notes of pastry of brioche and cream that suggest an elegant work in winery with the lees.
Palate: By putting it in the mouth marks its fresh, tasty character, with volume and greasiness.
