Winemaking
Harvest in 18 kg. boxes, which are cooled at 5ºC for 12 hours before being processed by the sorting table. Elaboration with 40% of whole grapes selected and crushed in the traditional way. The rest is destemmed and crushed. The grapes ferment with the vineyard's own yeasts. The work with the cap is done only by punching down, without pumps. Malolactic fermentation in 4,000-liter oak vats.
Tasting note
Ruby red color with cherry red rim. Intense aromas of wild black fruits, accompanied by deep balsamic and licorice aromas. The palate is intense, round and powerful with flavors of black fruits, prune, balsamic and spicy, in the retronasal notes of fruit in liquor and licorice, with a very long and persistent finish.
