Winemaking
The Tempranillo and Graciano are destemmed and the Garnacha ferments with the stems. Fermentation is with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats where the cap is delicately wetted, light pressing and subsequent malolactic fermentation in concrete vats and Bordeaux barrels.
Tasting note
Cherry red color with a cherry rim. Intense aromas of black fruit, blackberries and blueberries, accompanied by deep aromas of fresh red fruit, along with creamy notes of coffee and chocolate with a background of vanilla. The palate is intense, round and silky with flavors of black and red forest fruits, vanilla, toffee and coffee, in the retronasal notes of vanilla and licorice, with a very long and persistent finish.
