Harvested by hand in 18 kg crates, pressed without destemming and fermented in 35 HL barrels for one year on its lees.
Tasting note
Straw yellow color, with a yellow rim. Good intensity on the nose, pear and quince pome fruit and balsamic accompanied by a touch of herbs and a slight mineral memory. Fresh, vertical, with a spectacular tension and ample glyceric sensations in the mouth and with a long finish in retronasal ripe stone fruits, combined with aromatic herbs and candied fruits, along with hints of green coffee slightly roasted.
