Winemaking
Its made with the best grapes from pago Valdelayegua a vinyard that gives unique qualities to the wine.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC and a maceration period of 15 days. Rest 12 months in American oak barrels and 6 months in French oak cone plus 12 months in bottle.
Tasting note
Color: Wine of high layer and an intense ruby red with cherry tones.
Nose: It has a lot of complexity with aromas of ripe red fruits, compotes and spicy and balsamic notes.
Palate: It is an elegant, round, tasty, full-bodied wine with ripe tannins, compote, minerals and a long aftertaste.
Pairing: Game food, red meat and grillet meat. Cured cheeses and spicy food.
