Tasting note
Color: Intense raspberry pink, very bright and clean.
Nose: High aromatic concentration of red forest berries, very elegant with a toasty and vanilla background from barrel ageing.
Palate: Delicious, creamy and full of nuances. Long, persistent mouthfeel with a multitude of aromas on the finish.
Pairing: Fish tartar, soupy rice dishes and fideuá, risotto with morels and foie gras, charcoal-grilled sardines.
