El Retablo

El Retablo is not reproducible. It is an experience. In its first edition, it is crafted from a blend of vintages spanning 2009 to 2014, using a unique and artisanal method that makes it a pioneering wine—something never seen before. To date, no one has produced dry red wines using this method known as criaderas y soleras. Currently, 484 hand-numbered bottles have been released, offered in cases of three bottles through an exclusive allocation system. It is a repertoire wine that chooses its owner. Each applicant, after registering on a waiting list, may acquire only one case. A select group of just over 150 people will be able to have in their collection both land and time.

El Retablo represents a journey through the winery’s diverse experiences, blending tradition and innovation. Its production requires the same meticulous care as a master crafting an irreplaceable work of art. Each bottle is a unique story, reflecting the challenges and joys of its creation, and the commitment to making something that cannot be found anywhere else
