Winemaking
Traditional preparation that begins with the destemming of all clusters. Later it remains in maceration with its skins for 16 days. Daily pumpovers are carried out, at first encephalic and decreasing the frequency in the last days. Fermentation with selected yeast selected from the own wines and temperature controlled at 26ºC. It makes the malolactic wine in cask.

Color: Red cherry.
Nose: Aromatically intense, highlighting the fruity notes.
Palate: Complex and elegant, highlighting its freshness and fruit load. Very balanced and expressive.
