Winemaking

Manual destemming and rigorous grain-to-grain selection. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 6 days. Fermented in French oak vats - 10 hectolitres - with selected yeast. Footstepped twice a day for the first 6 days. Total maceration time with skins: 21 days. Malolactic in new French oak barrels.

Tasting note

Color: Ruby red of great intensity in the edges, tending towards a deep red-brown cherry in the center of the cup.

Nose: Great complexity and elegance, with notes of bush, balsamic, aromatic herbs and great fruitiness (red fruits, cassis) forming a suggestive set.

Palate: It is very concentrated and tasty, proving to be very lively, with marked noble tannins and an elegant fleshy fruitiness that fills the mouth. Powerful, long, persistent, with a very marked personality and great potential for guarding. In the aftertaste, fruity notes flow perfectly blended with hints of coffee, toast and high quality woods.
