Vinification done separately depending on the variety. The duration of maceration is different depending on the variety: for tempranillo it is 10 hours; for merlot, 4, and for the syrah, 2. 24 hours static racking and fermentation at controlled temperature of 16°C.
Tasting note
Color: Pink raspberry.
Nose: Complex aromas with hints of strawberry and raspberry, with a background of violet flower.
Palate: It highlights the velvety soft palate with fruity notes that are held throughout the taste and aftertaste. Finish taste of red fruit.
