Winemaking
Maruxa grows on our terraces and hillsides of loamy clay and slate soils. It is the result of two Valdemioto and Valderrosal vineyards. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kgs. Maceration of the grapes in refrigerator and in deposit 48 hours before the alcoholic fermentation. Destemming and not crushing of the grape to favour the primaryromos. Fermentation with autochthonous yeast.
Tasting note
Clean and bright cherry red colour. In nose it is powerful, intense with memories of fresh red fruit, earthy and mineral. In the palate it is ample but fresh, with good acidity, enveloping and persistent.
