Winemaking
The Godello grapes for Regueirón are located on the terraces of our Regueiron plot in the village of Entoma where the clay loam and slate soils predominate. It is the southern area of Valdeorras with an earlier ripening but with a marked Atlantic character due to its good acidity. Sustainable viticulture is carried out. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation in small oak and concrete tanks. Fermentation with indigenous yeast.
Tasting note
Straw yellow color with a clean and bright greenish rim. The nose is intense, delicate, complex with hints of scrubland, floral and mineral. Fresh, nervy and persistent on the palate.
