Our Tastavins 2025
We inaugurate the month of April with a new edition of Tastavins, held in the beautiful enclave of Es Jardins de Fruitera, in Santa Gertrudis; Once again, this welcoming space surrounded by nature was the perfect setting for a day dedicated to wine, where the calm and the surroundings invite leisurely discovery and enjoyment.
In this edition, industry professionals were able to learn firsthand about the offerings of 43 wineries, both national and international.
From classic wines with designations of origin to more innovative labels, the fair offered a selection that reflects Buscastell Vins' commitment to quality and diversity.
"Our goal is to provide Ibiza restaurants with a very varied, high-quality, and highly selected wine catalog," explains Alejandro Cardona, manager of Buscastell Vins and organizer of the event.
One of the highlights of this year was the growing interest in so-called natural wines, preparations with minimal intervention and hardly any chemical additives: this trend, increasingly present on restaurant menus, was represented by two prestigious French wineries: Ledogar and Amy, both leaders in this movement.
"In these wines, you find more primal aromas and sensations, with a greater presence of the fruit as it's not treated," adds Cardona, who emphasizes the eminently professional nature of the event and the warm welcome it received throughout the day.
