Buscastell Vins continues to expand its offering of high-quality wines by adding one of the most representative wineries in the Rías Baixas D.O. to its catalogue: Bodegas La Val.
Since this spring, we have been the official distributors in Ibiza of their Albariños, renowned for their freshness, authenticity, and elegance.
Bodegas La Val: Galician tradition and Atlantic character
Founded in 1985, Bodegas La Val was one of the pioneers in producing and bottling Albariño in the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin. Located in the O Rosal sub-region, very close to the mouth of the Miño River, this winery has been committed since its inception to working exclusively with its own vineyards, ensuring full traceability and exhaustive quality control.
The Atlantic climate, with direct influence from the ocean and well-drained granitic soils, gives its wines a distinct personality: fresh, mineral, aromatic, and with a balanced acidity that makes them ideal as an aperitif or as a companion to seafood and fish.
Its most notable labels include La Val Albariño, La Val Finca Arantei, and editions aged on lees that explore the more gastronomic side of Albariño.
