Winemaking
Harvest: 28 hectares of organic vineyards, hand-picked grapes in 12 kg boxes. Winemaking: double selection table in the winery. Stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Aging: between 15 and 18 months in 225L French oak barrels Bottling: unfiltered.
Tasting note
Color: Very intense cherry red. High layer. Nose: Intense, fresh, balsamic with a predominance of ripe fruit and certain notes of forest, slightly spicy. Palate: good entry, long, broad and voluminous. Very persistent and with slight hints of vanilla.
